Self-service Account Maintenance

For Students: All student systems at ECC use the same User ID and Password. Here you are allowed to retrieve your student id, your login User ID, and to reset your password or security questions at any time.
Details»The student ID is needed for communication with college staff and for retrieving your Priority Permit during early registration.
The User ID and password is used to log into ECC systems like accessECC and D2L. Eventually, it will also be used to log into future systems such as student email and network accounts.
The security questions are provided to establish an extra level of security for accessing your login information.

For Employees: Your access to accessECC and D2L is managed on this page exactly as is for the students. However, you cannot manage Outlook (email) and network/computer login here.
